Firstly, it took us a good 20 minutes to locate the lounge. We received no information to advise us that the lounge was under refurbishment and no directions to the temporary lounge. Secondly, when we did arrive it was like a cupboard and certainly not what we expected. The snacks were okay but no Bailey's!
There has definitely been a lack of communication not advising customers about the refurbishment and directions for the temporary lounge. Very disappointing.
