We traveled to Las Vegas from Glasgow on 11 May. i had booked the Sky Lounge to start off our trip. When we arrived we found the Sky Lounge was closed for refurbishment. We were re-directed to the other end of the departure lounge to a very small and cramped lounge. i was never made aware before i traveled that the Sky Lounge was closed, if i had been sent an email to advise the lounge was closed i would have cancelled and asked for a refund. Instead i had to ensure a small, hot, overcrowded room with one working toilet.
Very disappointed with the service.
