We were quite late in booking in but the girl that eventually came to the reception was really miserable! It took us quite a time to book in (even though I had the details on my phone.) She obviously didn’t want to be in work that morning, but this was the start of our long awaited holiday!
We have had 2 bad experiences in this lounge but was hoping the first was a one off.
We definitely will not be booking a lounge for our next flight.
