Dreadful. We booked online for 26th August from 15.1
5 to 17.30 arrived at lounge to be told they shut at 17.00 this was not on the website at all so I paid 100 plus for 4 people for just over an hour absolutely disgusting not a pleasant experience really angry total mess don't blame covid you should be making this clear on the website
