Very disappointed with staff I was asked four times by the same lady if I had been checked in ..I was meant to feel like I had not paid I was extremely embarrassed & then angry ..I did say how do I have my cutlery if Iv not been checked in and when she finally Found the man who checked us in there was no apology !
I was very disappointed with the choice of drinks no barcardie no Baileys and a charge for Prosecco ! Also very poor selection of snacks
Don’t think I will book again Iv had much better service with other companies
