Disgraceful. Lounge was closed for refurbishment which we had not been informed of. Room was cramped, not enough chairs for people to sit together and place resembled a staff canteen!
Drinks had to be served by staff contrary to the website advertising that it was self service and we're limited to 3 per person.
Whilst there the coffee machine broke down and several people who were asking to speak to a manager were dealt with very badly by staff.
