We attended the Aspire Lounge at Manchester T1 on 19th September and were very disappointed. There wasn't enough staff to cope with the number of customers visiting. The bar continually had a long slow moving queue, as the staff were expected to serve drinks, take food orders, and answer customer queries/complaints.
The salad bar was empty and only replenished quite some time later. As we were delayed on arrival due to airport processing, we were limited on time, so these delays and shortages virtually rendered the visit as pointless. As a regular user of Airport loungers we do not intend to use Aspire again. Not a pleasant experience or value for money.
