Clean, quite comfortable although chilly.
Staff not particularly welcoming, helpful or friendly.
Hot food i.e small bacon rolls, not regularly replaced and soon ran out even though the lounge wasn't busy.
Not enough staff serving drinks.
Not really value for money. Probably wouldn't use again.
