We used the lounge on the 3rd of October from 13.15. The greeting on arrival was very professional and friendly, the rules we needed to follow were explained clearly and precisely. We were shown to our table and provided with utensils for our food and a menu which although a reduced menu covered most bases. Drinks were served and ordered from your table as was your food and here are my only two minor issues. Firstly we ordered soup and curry with rice (we were asked to order both at the same time) the soup arrived promptly but within 90 seconds and before I’d unwrapped my spoon and seasoned my soup the curry arrived, this meant by the time I was ready to eat the curry it was luke warm at best. Secondly while I appreciate the work the staff did ordering a drink was a bit of a mission as there were only 2 staff serving the whole lounge with a third pouring the drinks, at one stage we were without a drink for almost 20 minutes. This isn’t t a complaint about the staff who did a fab job in the circumstance just highlighting things that could be improved and maybe add an extra staff member. All in all an enjoyable experience the staff worked very hard in difficult circumstances and the jam and clotted cream scones were amazing
