Couldn't believe it when we received a phone call just hours after we came off line. we couldn't complete the booking as my partner didn't have his passport at the time. Helen phoned to asked if she could help. we made arrangements for her to call back when we had the details and it was completed over the phone three days later, Helen reserved our holiday as we wanted the direct flights (not changes).
