I haven't had my holiday to Egypt yet but at time of booking I called directly to speak to a trip planner because I have limited mobility and wanted to check whether the particular tour I was planning would work for me. The very helpful advisor steered me to a better option and helped me with the planning of that. She had a really good understanding of the needs and considerations for a disabled traveller and I was impressed that I received such individual attention.
