Impossible to get through to customer services, they do not answer the phone, and when we finally got through on the same morning we made the booking, we were not able to upgrade level of hotel selection, which seems illogical as it's more income for the travel company. Now awaiting a response to my email, promised within 5 days. There appears to be no "back office" supporting this travel company. This makes me very concerned about their ability to deliver what is promised in the itinerary.
