We couldn’t be happier with the service, Maya the agent answered all our questions as we were new to them. The process couldn’t be easier. Assuming the trip goes as we expect I think we’ll be using the exclusively. A friend just came back from Jordan with them and said the trip exceeded their expectations and is now an advocate of Exoticca.
