I usually don’t write reviews but in this particular case I like to express how unsatisfied I am with Exoticca customer support; my family and I booked a tour to Turkey for next month and decided to get Superior to Luxury hotels package and Exoticca is not meeting this expectation. I’m aware that 4-5 stars hotels In Istanbul are not the same quality that we have here in the USA that is why we are paying more money for a luxury hotel. Well they are putting us in a 4-5 stars hotel instead of superior -luxury hotel; I explained to them that I already stayed in that hotel in the past and I we had a bad experience with they service and food quality but Exoticca is insisting that this is a superior quality hotel and I know for fact that is not. So at this point they are rather to have unhappy travelers instead of trying to accommodate them in a different hotel, clearly they don’t care about the wellbeing of their customers and only wants our money. We are staring on the wrong foot and I will keep you updated on how the whole experience goes. DO NOT pay extra money when you make your booking because you will get the same quality as everyone else.
