Had a bit of an issue at the payment stage when trying to complete my booking online but called and spoke to customer services and went through the booking details with a very clear and helpful guy, actually felt much better doing the payment with an actual person rather than just online. Looking forward to our trip to Jordan with a couple of carefully chosen upgrades added.
