Booked holiday to Jordan over the phone. Carolina was very patient, helpful and informative, answered all our queries and talked us through the process. The deal on offer was attractive and certainly competitive with similar from other companies. We particularly liked the fact that the cost included flights and most meals, so no need to make separate arrangements.
