This is the fifth time we have booked our trips with Exoticca. However, Melanie has been the best so far. She was patient, informative, polite, helpful and with a good sense of humour. It was a a delight to discuss our trip with her. Will not hesitate to contact Exoticca again for our future trips and to recommend Exoticca to our friends which we have done in the past.
