We had a great holiday to South America(Peru, Ecuador & Galapagos) with Exoticca. The trip was very well run and well organised. The pick ups at the airports were great and the checkin on domestic flights was highly valued. The guides were superb as well as the transport which were comfortable, clean and new looking. Our experience at our Galapagos Hotel (Planet Galapagos) could have been better. The showers needed some instructions to get any hot water. Also the central atrium meant noise travelled easily and we were woken up by people talking at 4pm on a couple of nights. Overall, we had a great holiday and really enjoyed our South American trip. Thank you Exoticca and all your staff at head office and in location. We will certainly be travelling with Exoticca again and habe recommended Exoticca to friends and family.
