It’s worth calling and speaking directly to a staff member. I booked 2 holidays with Mila and she was great. I have been on 2 other holidays with Exoticca and have not been disappointed. I was due to go to Peru earlier this year but due to ill health I had to cancel the trip. I applied for a refund from my travel agent and Exoticca were very helpful in providing me with information that I needed. Again, I found it very helpful to directly speak with a person.
