This company has no customer service. We spent 6-12 hours on the bus a day and only got an hour or two at the destinations because they kept doubling back to stay in the cheapest towns . I always missed either lunch or dinner , and the main stops were at gas stations for junk food meals . They forced us to leave our luggage and passports at a hotel when the rooms weren’t ready to go on a city tour, promising they would be safe . When we got back , our wallet ( with our cash and CC) and IPAD was stolen , and our passports were left on the top of the front desk, unattended . Our guide would not help us make a police report because he “didn’t know the language “ . The hotel nor Exxotica would take any responsibility or help even though over 1,000 was charged and a tracker indicated that the IPAD was in the apartment behind the hotel . Half of the hotels were dirty, stained blankets , walls and moldy showers . One hotel had a broken dryer and iron , but they wouldn’t let us change rooms or give us a new dryer . We parked sometimes 2 blocks from the hotels , and always had to lug our own luggage through busy streets . They make you pay a hotel tax in cash at every hotel , and if you stop at a Church or Mosque, the entrance fee was not included . One day, we went on a long walk to a lake , and when we got back at the correct time , the bus was missing . We waited 15 minutes and then called the guide, who did not answer . It was scary . You get what you pay for . I would use Gate 1 or other companies instead of being lured by what seems like a good deal with the worst customer service ever.
