This holiday was a great introduction to Southern Africa. Overall the staff were helpful and the customer service sorted out any difficulties. The main issue was one hotel in Cape Town where the first room we had was too small with no storage and the second the drains smelt and was noisy. I have to say the room our children had was excellent. The other issue was a slight communication problem. The hotels hadn’t been informed regarding a twin room for our children but customer service sorted this out immediately. I would recommend this tour as a good introduction to Southern Africa and Zimbabwe and we had a very good experience
