Had very good trips to Turkey and China. Schedule for Garden Route in S Africa not so good. I think Exoticca is getting so popular that their telephone customer service is not what is was and they need more responders as it’s maddening to hang on for over 20 minutes for simple question (yes I now there’s the chatbot but not always useful!). Ruth very good. One thing to point out: the future credit should be for the passenger, not the person who booked the trip. It could be a gift for example. Tiresome to have to sort out what should be straightforward!
