Just returned from excellent trip to Peru. Superb and action packed itinerary which allowed for gradual acclimatisation to the altitude. Very impressed with the Customer Service as they rang me the day after I’d booked the trip because I’d paid separately for the optional trips and missed out on the 10% discount earned from a previous holiday. They rebooked the whole package for me so that I received a greater discount. My only gripe was not being able to pay for our checked luggage in advance and not being able to avoid transferring through USA. This was our third trip with Exoticca, all have been excellent and thoughtfully planned. I’d definitely recommend them and use them again.
