I paid for insurance for my flight, and then it was cancelled. I then went into Expedia's chat, where it took a full HOUR to tell me they need to call me. I have now been on the phone with another person for 20 minutes, who just told me she has to put me on hold. I have a work call in 10 minutes that I cannot miss, and the Expedia team has told me they cannot call me back once they have found a solution - I can only hold or hang up and start all over again. EXPEDIA INSURANCE IS CLEARLY A SCAM.
