Expedia Disaster: No Booking, No Help, No Apology!
Very disappointed with Expedia. I received a confirmation for my hotel booking, but it turned out there was no reservation made. The hotel was fully booked and I was left without a room. Expedia support was unhelpful and claimed it was my fault for not filling out a form I was never told about. I had to find a last-minute (and expensive) alternative. Never again!!!!
