The premise of the solution is good. But there are a lot of issues that occur with day-to-day usage.
The OCR is incredibly slow. Takes about 15 minutes on average to scan a receipt or invoice - that's just not a practical timeframe. The email route of uploading invoices basically never works (mostly just get stuck in pending mode and never actually get through that stage). When you upload invoices via app, and select the card you used and type of expense, it most often reflects differently when it ultimately uploads, but most often time fails to upload the receipt. The app needs to improve a lot. We have some Expend cards for our junior employees, but would switch everybody in the firm over to Expend cards if they were credit cards. Pre-pay cards are more work than they are worth.
