The daily day-to-day business is smooth, if and when I have any problems I always get a very swift response from a real person (not an automated bot reply) - which is invaluable these days - and the problems are usually solved pretty much immediately. Expend has also worked on improving their services, offering bank cards now to provide more security against fraud.
