I was very upset upon receiving the delivery, the box was completely broken even inside packaging was broken in to pieces, The delivery man delivered when I was not home, even though I request to phone 30 minutes before the delivery. It was received by my children and he told my children that there is note to report if any damage but there was no note inside. When I checked the vacuum cleaner an orange tab at base was damaged, but could not report without the note. I will never order again from this company.
