i had some pens done for a conference i was attending - i recieved them in a sufficient amount of time - however the quality of the printing on the pens was so bad i was unable to use them and give them out.
i contacted your customer service and made a complaint - was asked to send in pics of the poor quality - which i did - but heard nothing back - will not use this service again.. not good enough really
