The quality of the pens and openers was good but I missed the promo offer. It wasn’t clear that I needed to wait to receive the code before the purchase and it went into my spam so I didn’t see it. Express said they couldn’t help me as it took too long to get contact with the representative and my order had shipped. It messed up my plans as I was relying on the promo product to make up my numbers for a specific event. Now I’m unable to take part in the event which is detrimental to my brand. I will not be ordering again.
