Ships quickly, I get to pick the piece I want, and there's always a nice handwritten "thank you" with my orders. (I hesitate to mention the free gift with purchase bec I don't want anyone to think that's the reason I'm responding here. It's the other stuff I mentioned. I must say...the free gifts have always been something I can actually use. I search this website almost weekly for goodies....=)
