The website was easy to use so ordering was breeze. The shutters shipped on time and were delivered in a timely manner. The shutters are exactly what I ordered and expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to send an email when the items ship that provides contact details for shipping vendor. Overall, it was a very good purchase experience.
