Shutters are not hung yet but what great customer service! We ordered additional screws, 5 bags with 12 screws per bag. We only received 8 screws in each bag. One quick phone call and more screws on the way. Ok, in a few days received bag from P.O. with stamped “ received open” an empty envelope ripped across the top with no screws in it! Another phone call to Exterior explaining my situation, seeing as it’s no fault of theirs, willing to now pay for the additional screws but, how pleasant can they be to deal with! Another couple days and yes all screws are intact. I’m sure my new shutters (love the sage color will) look great when hung. Thank you Exterior Solutions, top notch service!
