We received our 9 pairs of board and batten shutters in a timely manner, but one pair had a defect. We called Exterior Solutions, emailed them a picture of the defect, and were told they would ship us replacements. In just a few days we received the replacements, which were in good shape. The thickness of the material could have been greater, and the ends of the boards could have been molded as part of the board (as the sides were), but really not a problem at this price.The color was also just like the free samples they had mailed us.. I would recommend exterior solutions as long as the buyer realizes the shutters are non-returnable.
