Im not sure what happened with the first shipment but I sent pictures to verify they were defective. The response was very quick and in less than a week I had very impressive raised panel shutters. I can't wait to see how they paint up! I will send pictures when the house painting project is finished if it ever stops raining! Thank you for exceptional customer service.
