I've ordered three different times and each time it seems the quality gets worse. In the past, it was small problems that we could either live with or repair ourselves. The last time both packs of shutters were damaged. Because we were having a family reunion, we installed them. The week after, I asked customer service how to rectify. They said no way since they were already installed...couldn't tell if it was there fault or ours. Well, we installed all other 9 sets without damaging them, so I can guarantee we didn't CRUSH two of the four, and didn't rip one of the battens off of the other set. I spent about $2000. Will never order from them again.
