We ordered our shutters and were told to expect them in two to three weeks. Imagine our surprise when they arrived (in great shape) in less than a week! They look great and add a nice addition to our home. There was only one issue - one of the long screws meant to install the shutter was faulty and we asked for them to send just one - that's all we needed. It was sent out promptly but not just one - two bags of screws with 12 in each bag - which is what they came with! This company goes beyond expectations!
