As a Senior citizen with a hearing loss the thing I appreciated most about calling into the company was being able to speak to someone who spoke great English, worked with me when I told her I had a hearing loss because I wanted to add a name onto my checks. She was so helpful and the checks arrived in a speedy order and were correct as I ordered.
