“Extra Value Checks sent them out when they said they would. The problem was the post office lost my checks. I went to my local post office who implied my order was never shipped even tho you could plainly see they made it to Chicago. After a few days wait to make sure the checks where not just stuck in Chicago, the very nice lady(while on vacation) had my order remade and shipped UPS at their expense. In my opinion the people at Extra Value Checks went up and beyond. Not only did I save money the customer service is top notch. I will not order checks from anybody else ever again. PS: my order showed up about a month later all mangled with a note from the post office saying " We are sorry. We handle X amount of mail a day and (in a nut shell) we messed yours up". That still does not excuse my local post office for trying to put the blame on someone else.”
