“Arrived very quickly, during Christmas time! It took 10 days for processing and delivery. I did not pay extra for quick delivery, but it was remarkably quick anyway, even though I chose the post office for the delivery. The quality of the check is typical of other providers. I am pleased.”

The package was returned to us by the carrier marked as undeliverable. Once it was received back, our team sent an email asking you to contact Customer Service so we could confirm next steps. When you later called in, we reviewed the situation together and confirmed the shipping address entered on the order was an older address. Because the carrier had already returned the shipment, we were not able to redirect it while it was in transit.
To get the checks back out to you, we offered to reship them to the updated address. Since the original shipment was returned and a new shipment had to be created, a reshipping charge applied. We understand how disappointing this was, especially when you were expecting delivery and were unaware the package had been returned.
