“Arrived very quickly, during Christmas time! It took 10 days for processing and delivery. I did not pay extra for quick delivery, but it was remarkably quick anyway, even though I chose the post office for the delivery. The quality of the check is typical of other providers. I am pleased.”
“I was very disappointed my check never got delivered and they went back to them
and they didn't check into anything to try to get them to me............it wasn't untill I called
to see where they were.......oh we got them back really??? And then to send them back
to me I had to pay shipping again..............it had my wrong mailing address on the order....
don't they ever make mistakes?? I had to pay the freight or I was out all that money becasue
they were personal???”
We’re sorry for the frustration this caused. We want to focus specifically on the shipping side and help clarify what happened.
The package was returned to us by the carrier marked as undeliverable. Once it was received back, our team sent an email asking you to contact Customer Service so we could confirm next steps. When you later called in, we reviewed the situation together and confirmed the shipping address entered on the order was an older address. Because the carrier had already returned the shipment, we were not able to redirect it while it was in transit.
To get the checks back out to you, we offered to reship them to the updated address. Since the original shipment was returned and a new shipment had to be created, a reshipping charge applied. We understand how disappointing this was, especially when you were expecting delivery and were unaware the package had been returned.
“I ordered the checks by phone, and the operator could not have been more gracious or more helpful. The check type I ordered is a bit atypical, and it always flumoxed the folks at the bank. This lady had absolutely no problem with the order, and it arrived exactly as I wanted it to be.”
“Outstanding customer service in preparing my check order on-line. They havd a very innovative on-line way to create all the necessary information for your checks. My only bad comment is the paper quality of their checks. I would prefer a heavier-weight paper.”
