Could not contact anyone at Extra Value Checks or shipper about leaving new checks outside my office door all weekend for someone to take.

I don’t like the way check put together. It is very difficult to separate the checks. I ruined many checks trying to get the checks out. I don’t like the size of the checks. I find it difficult to get my printer to print the checks properly. The printer doesn’t line up the checks properly so I can’t use them. I will have to order new checks from somewhere else. I would like a refund from you.

Their product is horriblle. The checks are cheap looking and the extra items I ordered to keep track of the checks I send out are too big for the checkbook and too Large a print aea, they look like they are meant for the jolly green giannt. I will never order from them again. Buyer beware!!!

I double and triple checked my order, and checks were still printed with the account number in error, and one number was omitted on the deposit slips. Both were supposed to come from the same account. And when I called their customer service to report the errors, she blamed it all on me and charged me again to do the reorder. Sometimes I wonder if they just make their money on reorders?

When a customer places an order online, it is sent directly to our printing presses without human intervention. This means that whatever details are entered on the website are what gets printed. Our policy is to offer a free reprint in case of errors, as we understand that mistakes can happen. However, for orders over $100, we do ask that the customer pay for half of the reprint cost, along with the shipping and handling. Your service was fine! But the quality of the checks was not good!!! I am not able to tear a check out of the book without tearing the top of the check completely off!!!

Hello Thank you for your review! Your order was received on 6/12 and shipped on 6/18 (4 Business Days), standard production is 3-5 business days. Upon completion we shipped your order by the selected Overnight Shipping; UPS references in the tracking details that "Uncontrollable events have delayed delivery. " which delayed delivery by a single day. Tracking indicates delivery was made to you on 6/20. We apologize for the less than expected performance by UPS.

The checks I received don't look like real checks. The design has thick lines and overall I refuse to use them as they look like just a yellow piece of paper with thick lines and text. Not happy with that design at all. Needless to say I will not be using these checks at all.. I need to reorder new ones as these will make my business look like a joke. Get rid of that design.

The thick lines and larger text make this product easier to use for these individuals. The checks I received didn't have color. They are white. They look fake... How I didn't get standard color I don't know. Then the suite number was dropped of the shipping address and that was a nightmare.

Thank you for your order of Custom Photo Checks! This item allows the customer to add both image and background color, you did not select a background cover thus opting for logo only. Additionally you indicated suite # was dropped of the shipping address; no suite number was provided to Extra Value when the order was submitted. Hello Neal, Thank you for your feedback! Our records indicate your order was placed on 4/25, you did request a production rush. We produced and shipped your order the following day on 4/26. For shipping method you selected our "Trackable" which we provided an expectation of order receipt between 6 and 10 business days. Records indicate your order delivered on 5/13. We do agree the expectations fell short of normal expectations and have refunded you 1/2 of the shipping charge, in the amount of $9.26. Please accept our apologies as this is certainly not the customary experience!
