So basically what they will do is, work on your order in the last day even if you give them 1 month, then they will ask you for extra time (It can reach up to 1 more month) so basically if you paid for something urgent like 7 days or 3 days, you will pay extra couple of hundreds but they will finish it within a month or so. If you ask for refund they will tell you they can't and the only way they will refund you is through the wallet in their website so you can spend the money there again but never actually refund you.
