Even when there is a valid prescription already on file. When I last complained, I was told that I should email you when I place the order so my order is shipped in a timely matter. That's the shittest customer service response I've ever received. You need to fix your order fulfillment process or policies. If you can't meet your publicized deadlines, then maybe you shouldn't state 1-2 business days. My last order took 2 weeks to arrive. The only consideration I was given was a 10 day set of contacts. It's not good enough. I'm seriously considering never ordering again from you. I'm giving you one more chance.
