Unhappy Customer! I had problems just getting my contacts shipped. They literally sat almost a week if not a full week before they were even shipped. I called the Monday after I placed the order the week before to ask why they had not been shipped. To be told - Out of Stock. I requested to cancel my order. She would not allow me to cancel and assured me they would arrive and ship the next day. I told her if they did not ship next day, I was canceling. Tuesday - Called - Not shipped - Request Cancel - No can do, shipping label already created so you can not cancel now. Contacted shipper to be told label created ONLY - they had not received order to ship. So again, it never left your site for a week or more. Unacceptable and not good business. I should have been able to cancel the first time I requested. Thankfully finally received contacts. I chose you because you had the best price. Not sure if its worth the hassle. Thank you!
