I still haven’t recvd my order that I paid for going on 2 weeks now. It appears my pkg was mis-shipped by DHL. I called EZComtacts C/S today and although the girl was polite could not give me any satisfaction on the lost pkg. She said she had to escalate this issue to the credit dept. When I asked when they would contact me she said as soon as they can”. She was only following protocol. Now I have no contacts and I’m out my money I prepaid. As a first time customer, I’m quite disappointed and still waiting for an update. Leaving a bad taste in my mouth. TM
