Very good customer support. I returned a pair that were too small and the process was super easy. I have spoken with customer service several times and each time was a pleasant experience.
My only wish is that the communication were better when there is a problem with availability. The site says the glasses are available and ready to ship but when that is not the case, an email would really be appreciated. Good communication means so much!
