Quick shipping but.....customer service has yet to respond to me about returning one of the 3 pairs of sunglasses I purchased which is defective. I've been waiting for two days now for a response but have not heard a peep. I realize we're in the middle of a pandemic and some businesses are working with limited staff and taking longer to get back to customers. However, if that's the case, then ezcontacts perhaps needs to consider revising their 30 day return/exchange policy. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
