The sunglasses I ordered came quickly and the price was great, but when I received them, the case that accompanied them did not match the brand. I emailed customer service about it three days ago and have not heard back yet, nor did I get some automated response email acknowledging that my email inquiry was received. This leads me to be a little uneasy about the authenticity of the sunglasses that I purchased, which if they were a forgery, they would then be completely overpriced.
