When I was ordering my contacts, the page didn't tell me that the quantity I picked wasn't in stock so I was wondering why after almost two weeks of not receiving any update on my order process why my contacts weren't being shipped. Trying to discover the issue, I contacted support, which took longer than 48 hours to respond. The representation was nice and told me what the problem was as well as offered me a discounted pack of contacts, they never responded to my reply and at that point my contacts had arrived. I felt the speed at which customer service responds needs to improve and if an item is out of stock then the website needs to reflect that. Overall, I don't know if I'll reorder through EZContacts after this experience, which is a shame since their prices are good - it's just not worth the hassle.
