Shipping took over a month. Tried calling and waited twice over 45 minutes on hold 9nly to be disconnected. After email attempts I finally got an answer that the frame would not be shipped for another 3 weeks or so. Very poor communication and customer service. The only good think I can say is they did summit the paper work to my insurance company. That's the only reason I gave them 2 stars.
